本データポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、SUNRYSE株式会社（以下「当社」）のサービスであるBlackboxが運営するスタートアップデータベース（以下「本データベース」）の利用に関して、基本的な方針を定めるものです。本データベースは、スタートアップに関心を持つ自治体、企業、投資家、研究者、一般利用者を含む幅広い方々に対し、日本のスタートアップに関するオープンな情報を提供することを目的としています。
本データベースに掲載する情報は、以下の公開情報を基に収集・整理しています。
また、一部の情報は、生成AI等の技術を活用し、複数の公開情報を集計・整理して掲載しています。
本データベースでは、以下のような情報を取り扱います。
本データベースは可能な限り正確な情報提供に努めていますが、以下の理由により実際の状況と差異が生じる場合があります。
本データベースは随時更新されますが、常に最新の状況を反映しているものではありません。
そのため、掲載された内容の完全性、正確性、最新性を保証するものではなく、利用にあたっては必ず一次情報（公式発表やプレスリリース等）をご確認ください。

当社は、本データベースの稼働状態を良好に保つため、本データベースの全部又は一部の提供を一時停止して保守点検を行うことができるものとします。この一時停止により利用者に生じた損害については、当社はその責任を負いません。
当社は本サービスの提供を予告なく終了することがあります。
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。改定の際には、本データベース内にて改定日を明示いたします。
This Data Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) sets forth the basic principles regarding the use of the startup database (hereinafter referred to as the “Database”) operated by Blackbox, a service of SUNRYSE Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). The purpose of the Database is to provide open information regarding Japanese startups to a wide range of parties, including municipalities, corporations, investors, researchers, and general users who are interested in startups.

Users may utilize the Database for purposes of research, reference, and information gathering. Quotation and use within the scope of such purposes are permitted; however, use for commercial purposes or large-scale use requires prior approval from the Company. Sources are clearly indicated when quoting, and there is no intention to infringe upon any rights. When using the Database, please refrain from the following acts:
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Database. Use of the Database is at the user’s own judgment and responsibility.

In order to maintain the proper operation of the Database, the Company may temporarily suspend the provision of all or part of the Database to perform maintenance and inspection. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result of such suspension.
The Company may terminate the provision of this service without prior notice.
This Policy may be revised as necessary. When revisions are made, the revision date will be indicated within the Database.
