About the event

Investor Day Japan 2026 is a global life-science investment and pitching event focused on drug discovery, biotechnology, and advanced medical innovation.
The event is jointly organized by The Innovation Center of NanoMedicine (iCONM) and BioLabs, with strong support from major pharmaceutical companies, global venture capital firms, and Japan’s life-science innovation ecosystem.

The core objective of Investor Day Japan is to connect early- to mid-stage biotech startups—particularly those engaged in drug discovery and translational research—with domestic and international investors, pharmaceutical companies, and strategic partners.

Selected startups are given the opportunity to pitch directly to global VCs, CVCs, and industry leaders, followed by curated networking sessions and one-on-one meetings.
The program is designed to accelerate commercialization, fundraising, and cross-border collaboration for science-driven startups emerging from Japan and abroad.
