Hokkaido F Village X (HFX) will host its first Demo Day on February 26 at ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO, the home stadium of the Hokkaido Fighters baseball team.

Launched in March 2025, HFX is a global acceleration program aimed at driving business co-creation between international startups, Japanese corporations, and local governments—with Hokkaido and Hokkaido Ballpark F Village serving as a real-world testing ground. The inaugural program attracted 310 startup applications from 29 countries, with one from Japan and ten from overseas passing the selection process.

During Demo Day, the participating startups will present the results of proof-of-concept projects conducted in Hokkaido, along with future collaboration plans with partner companies. The program addresses themes such as expanding Hokkaido’s global potential, tackling labor shortages through AI and hardware solutions, and advancing technologies aligned with environmental sustainability.
