METI, working with the Tokyo Stock Exchange and IPA, selected 30 DX Stock 2026 companies (including 3 DX Grand Prix enterprises), 17 DX Emerging Companies, and 2 DX Platinum Companies for 2026-2028. These firms go beyond implementing superior information systems and data utilization, actively transforming business models and management around digital technologies including AI.

Following the AI Law's enactment in May 2025, this year's selection significantly strengthened evaluation of AI transformation initiatives. Selected companies are actively challenging business model and management transformation premised on digital technology, with DX Grand Prix firms demonstrating particularly outstanding efforts.

Companies selected as DX Stock for three consecutive years are recognized as DX Platinum Companies, whose practices are expected to serve as benchmarks for other enterprises' management transformation.
