KUROFUNE, a startup from Nagoya, is launching a service to reduce the operational burden for companies employing specific skilled foreign workers. The service matches local seniors with foreign workers via its app to accompany them to government offices or hospitals. This aims to provide an environment where foreigners can live more easily in Japan.

The service will begin as early as October in Ehime Prefecture, with plans for nationwide expansion by 2026.
