PeopleX, an AI interview service provider specializing in Japanese language models, has completed Series A fundraising with 5.45 billion yen through third-party allocation and loans. The funding was led by HR service giant En and technical staffing company Open Up Group, along with existing venture capital investors and 2 billion yen in loans from Sumitomo Mitsui Bank and Mizuho Bank.

Founded in 2024, PeopleX develops AI interview, resume screening, and HR support services. The CEO described this as the "final fundraising before IPO" with a target of 100 billion yen in sales by 2031, with AI services comprising half.
