We are an Osaka University spin-out drug discovery startup, co-developing a novel cancer immunotherapy with Osaka University. Our proprietary platform, HVJ-E/IM-0101, converts neutrophils into the anti-tumor N1 phenotype and, through local administration, remodels the systemic tumor microenvironment (TME) toward an anti-tumor state. This enables activation of neutrophils—the most abundant immune cell type—previously difficult to harness with existing approaches. Building on accumulated clinical safety data of IM-0101 and tumor immune amplification via CXCL2 gene delivery, we plan to expand to IM-0102 for lung cancer over the next few years.
