Our company is an incubation firm specializing in medical devices, providing software development support from the concept stage through design transfer. In addition to IEC 62304–compliant development, we have strong capabilities in AI and 3D rendering technologies. Leveraging the technical expertise cultivated through joint development with major medical device manufacturers, we are able to deliver high-quality development at low cost and within short timeframes. We also offer regulatory consulting based on our knowledge of compliance, supporting a wide range of clients from startups to large enterprises.

We offer three core services: “Actaba” for detecting abandoned farmland, “Detaba” for estimating crop classification, and “Ninataba” for connecting farmland with people. By leveraging satellite data and land parcel information, we visualize farmland to promote effective use and sustainability. We also support environmental conservation and regenerative agriculture through soil analysis, calculation of GHG emissions and carbon removal (aligned with SBTi-FLAG), carbon credit projects, and the promotion of decarbonized agricultural materials.

A tech-bio startup leveraging antibody big data and AI to tackle the challenges of drug discovery: identifying unresolved diseases and undiscovered target molecules. Breaking through the barriers of bio-data to pioneer new therapies.

One of the challenges of the early detection of dementia is the lack of a simple screening method to detect cognitive impairment. A simple non-invasive screening test, when established, will greatly motivate patients to receive the test and thus bring the full benefits of early diagnosis. Eye tracking-based cognitive assessment (ETCA) is a method with scientific and medical foundation that is accessible to everyone, enabling patients to make the best of early diagnosis. The assessment uses data obtained from biological movements, namely of the eyes, toward images or videos, such as the percentage of fixation duration on the correct images, percentage of successful gaze detection, and gaze plot statistics and graphs. This innovative method enables the non-invasive, simple, objective, and quantitative determination of cognitive functions. Users simply look at the monitor screen and follow the instruction displayed to obtain their cognitive assessment.

SIRC is a startup company from Osaka City University. We develops DX solutions and products utilizing sensing technology. Our main products are the IoT Power Sensor Unit, which can be installed in about 15 seconds and easily measures power usage for any machine, and the IoT Angle Sensor Unit, which turns existing analog meters into IoT devices without major refitting. We also develop our own cloud service, SIRC Cloud, which makes it easy to see and use this data. Through these tools, we support energy saving, decarbonization, and better work efficiency at factories. SIRC helps companies start on-site DX while making good use of their existing equipment.
