Image data is crucial information for manufacturing, yet its quality is often judged based on the expertise of skilled workers, making quantification difficult. Furthermore, mainstream AI methods currently cannot “quantify” images. Therefore, our proprietary AI automatically and rapidly quantifies objects within images. This reduces human image analysis work by over 90%. Additionally, by utilizing this quantified image data alongside manufacturing process data, we propose high-speed, high-precision process optimization through machine learning.

On March 2, 2022, Serendix completed Japan’s first 3D-printed house in just 23 hours and 12 minutes. In September 2024, the company built the first unit of the “serendix50,” a home designed for two-person households, in Suzu City, Ishikawa Prefecture. Also in 2024, Serendix began constructing reconstruction housing in Ukraine as part of the “Japan-Ukraine Economic Reconstruction Promotion Conference.” In addition to housing, Serendix is expanding into other areas, including a project in partnership with the JR West Group to build the world’s first 3D-printed train station.
