About the event
This time, you will hear talks from a well-known longevity scientist, the founder of a cellular reprogramming startup, and a healthcare expert. As usual, we will host a networking session after the speeches.
Speakers
Motoshi Hayano received his PhD from Tokyo University in 2011. Since 2017, he has led a research team studying the biology of ageing at Keio University. Motoshi Hayano also counselled corporations and venture capitalists to uncover exceptional biotech opportunities.https://www.hayano-aging-lab.com/
Daniel Ives received his PhD from the University of Cambridge in 2013. In 2017, he founded Shift Bioscience, a cellular reprogramming startup uncovering the mystery of the Yamanaka Factors to safely rejuvenate cells and tissues.https://www.shiftbioscience.com/
Eli Lyons moved to Tokyo for PhD studies in the Department of Computational Biology and Medical Science at the University of Tokyo. After publishing his research, he left to work on GenomeMiner full-time. GenomeMiner develops bioinformatics tools and screens microbes for novel chemical compounds.http://genomeminer.ai/
