Japan Blockchain Week (JBW) is Japan's largest blockchain and Web3 event series, bringing together developers, entrepreneurs, investors, enterprises, policymakers, and blockchain communities from around the world. Running for two weeks, the event connects major conferences, networking sessions, hackathons, and community-led side events across Tokyo into one coordinated ecosystem.
The 2026 edition features flagship events including IVS2026 Crypto Zone, the Japan Blockchain Week Summit, and WebX 2026, alongside dozens of partner events. More than 10,000 participants are expected to attend, making it one of Asia's most significant gatherings for blockchain innovation and digital assets.
Since its launch in 2018, Japan Blockchain Week has served as a bridge between Japan's blockchain ecosystem and the global Web3 community, providing a platform for discussions on decentralized technologies, digital finance, tokenization, AI, regulation, and the future of the internet.
Fees vary by event.
Some side events are free with registration, while flagship conferences such as the Japan Blockchain Week Summit and WebX require paid tickets. Please check each event's registration page for pricing and ticket availability.
Advance registration is recommended. Participants should register through the official Japan Blockchain Week website or the individual event pages for each conference and side event.
Japan Blockchain Week is organized by the Japan Blockchain Week Association, which brings together industry partners, blockchain companies, and community organizations to promote Japan's Web3 ecosystem and strengthen connections with the global blockchain industry.
