Toridoll and DeNA Implement AI Version of Founder

Toridoll Holdings and DeNA AI Link announced the implementation of "AI Awata," an AI system that replicates founder and CEO Awata Takaya's management philosophy and decision-making criteria. This system uses DeNA AI Link's "Leaders AI" service to make the founder's tacit knowledge accessible as an organizational asset through Microsoft Teams. The initiative supports approximately 90 managers and above involved in product development and store construction in their daily decision-making processes. This deployment represents a concrete implementation of Toridoll HD's DX strategy, and the company plans to expand the service to wider job categories in the future while establishing AI guidelines to ensure employees can confidently utilize AI in their operations.
