In recent years, attack methods targeting electronic devices have become increasingly sophisticated and diverse, making countermeasures against physical attacks on the devices themselves ever more important. Secafy leverages three core technologies—hardware noise evaluation, hardware security assessment, and analog circuit and semiconductor packaging—to identify security threats in areas such as IoT devices, industrial equipment, and 5G communication infrastructure, and to support the development of effective countermeasures.
