At its core are two technologies: “Physical and Mental State Prediction Technology through Environmental Factor Analysis” developed by Associate Professor Tsutomu Nishimura of Kyoto University Hospital, and “Psychological State Estimation Technology using Natural Language Processing AI” developed by Assistant Professor Takuya Mori and Associate Professor Nishimura. We deploy AI solutions that estimate loneliness and happiness from text information, enable early detection of risks for school refusal and social withdrawal, and propose optimal support tailored to individual circumstances.

AMI Inc. is a research and development–driven startup aiming to advance the development of AI-powered medical devices and the social implementation of telemedicine. Guided by our mission to "achieve a society where optimal medical care is accessible to everyone, everywhere, at any time," AMI is working toward the real-world deployment of the Super Stethoscope. The Super Stethoscope is a collective term encompassing hardware (Cardio-EGG), software (cloud-based diagnostic platform), technology (AI and Software as a Medical Device [SaMD]), and knowledge, among other components.

We conduct research and development on software that integrates high-speed search technology for various media with AI. Our technology is utilized in numerous systems, including an AI-based dental panoramic X-ray image diagnosis support system, a dental X-ray image search system, and an illegal content detection system for the Internet.
