About the Event

RAMEN TECH 2026 is an international startup festival that transforms the entire city of Fukuoka into a hub for innovation, entrepreneurship, and global collaboration. Inspired by the idea of blending diverse ecosystems—much like the ingredients of a bowl of ramen—the event brings together startups, investors, engineers, creators, researchers, corporations, and government leaders from across Asia and around the world.

Rather than taking place in a single convention center, RAMEN TECH spans multiple venues throughout Fukuoka, featuring flagship conferences, startup pitch competitions, networking events, exhibitions, and community-led meetups. Highlights include the RAMEN TECH Global Summit, StartupGo!Go! The Pitch, and numerous partner events designed to foster cross-border collaboration and new business opportunities.
