HOIST is developing anti-cancer products with novel mechanism-of-action utilizing the MA-T® system. Further, we are pursuing epitranscriptomics drug discovery via a novel target, ALKBH. In addition, we run a drug discovery support business for our clients creating patient derived cells (PDC) / patient derived xenografts (PDX). In pharmaceutical development, HOIST aims to utilize partnerships with pharmaceutical companies (via licensing-out, joint drug discovery etc.). In the drug discovery support business, we tailor PDC/PDX solutions to individual needs of our clients, and contribute to higher success rate of product development.
