We offer technology licensing to various companies for a "perfect alcohol-based sanitizer" effective against food poisoning bacteria that are resistant to standard alcohol sanitizers. The reason these bacteria survive even at 100℃ is their ability to synthesize a robust structure called a spore. We have discovered that substance Y inhibits spore formation, and by incorporating it into alcohol-based sanitizers sterilization becomes possible. Furthermore, substance Y is safe and secure; when added to food products, the bacteria can be killed by heating at 100℃. We are therefore also proposing a new sterilization method.

We sell ceramic filter columns for the purification and high-purity refinement of fine chemicals, including pharmaceuticals. Our columns are used from chemical and pharmaceutical research through to manufacturing, delivering approximately five times the separation performance of conventional products to improve target-compound purity. They are reusable, enabling significant cost reduction, and can be deployed immediately by simply replacing existing disposable cartridges on current equipment. A startup developing mass-producible platelet preparations using technology to generate platelets from human iPS cells. It aims to provide stable supplies to medical settings in developed and developing countries facing blood donation shortages, thereby supporting transfusion medicine.

Aortic stenosis is a life-threatening condition in which the aortic valve becomes severely narrowed. With an aging population, the number of patients is expected to increase dramatically worldwide in the coming years. Although valve replacement has become widely adopted, many patients are either too frail to tolerate the procedure or lack access to specialized treatment centers. As a result, a significant treatment gap still remains. DIVE, the device we are developing, synchronizes balloon expansion with the heartbeat to gently open the narrowed aortic valve. Its key advantage is the minimal physical burden on the patient. Through this technology, we aim to provide a safe and accessible treatment option — and ultimately save as many lives as possible.

Our key product is Enteral Ventilation (EVA) technology, that supplies liquid oxygen to premature babies with serious respiratory problems through Gut-Mediated Oxygen Delivery. The program is at the clinical trial stage.
