
We are an Osaka University spin-out drug discovery startup, co-developing a novel cancer immunotherapy with Osaka University. Our proprietary platform, HVJ-E/IM-0101, converts neutrophils into the anti-tumor N1 phenotype and, through local administration, remodels the systemic tumor microenvironment (TME) toward an anti-tumor state. This enables activation of neutrophils—the most abundant immune cell type—previously difficult to harness with existing approaches. Building on accumulated clinical safety data of IM-0101 and tumor immune amplification via CXCL2 gene delivery, we plan to expand to IM-0102 for lung cancer over the next few years.

A startup combining genome editing with smart land-based aquaculture to breed and produce high-value fish species using local resources. It aims to revitalize the fisheries industry and stabilize food supply, while contributing to lower environmental impact and regional revitalization.

We are conducting clinical development of an oral therapeutic cancer vaccine. We have completed a Phase I clinical trial targeting urothelial carcinoma and are currently conducting a Phase I/IIa clinical trial for malignant pleural mesothelioma.

It is well established that drivers’ spatial cognitive abilities are closely linked to traffic accident risk. Our company is committed to advancing driver safety and extending driver retirement age by leveraging proprietary technologies that enable the quantitative assessment and targeted training of spatial cognition ability.

Our mission is to safeguard the health of people worldwide. We are an Osaka University-spun-off healthcare startup in the healthcare/preventive medicine field, developing and providing the “Blood Vessel Beauty” scope—which observes capillary blood flow from the fingertip without blood sampling—along with the capillary image analysis software ‘CAS’ and the cloud-based evaluation system “CAS-Rating.” We research the relationship between capillary data and health/disease risks, aiming to implement new health indicators and preventive medical services in society.
